Role and Responsibilities
Through a range of lead-generation techniques, develop new business and long-term account possibilities through prospecting.
Travel to client locations and trade exhibitions to advertise the business's goods and services
Build trusting connections with consumers by promptly and accurately responding to their enquiries about product features, prices, quotes, and problems or concerns.
Complete RFPs and create business bids
Observe submissions, bargain, and finalise deals.
Keep up with organisational growth plans, market and target client categories, and the business's ability to satisfy consumer needs.
In order to guarantee continued client happiness, oversee, manage, and upgrade existing accounts.
Describe products or services that will meet the demands of the prospect.
Reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for pipeline funnel building and new customer acquisition.
Skills and Competencies
Selling in the B2B segment and consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets.
Able to work with Software domain, preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model, comfortable doing outbound calls and giving the product demonstration.
Products like HRMS/ Payroll etc.
Thorough understanding/appreciation of software product salesĀ
Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the saleĀ
Ability to close leads and build the business in a wide-open market
Education and Technical Proficiency
Graduate, MBA preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet company objectives
