We are looking for a Business Development / Telesales / Telemarketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be Internet savvy and must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Responsible to make outbound calls on the data & pitch to the customers regarding the product and services.
Roles & Responsibility
· Identifying clients, introducing the company and self, presenting the concept, convincing its values and its benefits, and executing orders and other corporate services
· Make outbound calls to customers & pitch them regarding the product and services.
· Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
· Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
· Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Required skills set:
· Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
· Should have a pleasing personality.
· Should be Internet savvy.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good listening, observation, and learning skills
· Able to work collaboratively across teams.
