Hiring Callers (Hindi) - Work from Home - Work from anywhere across India - Covid19 Support Volunteer

Annova Solutions is working with different government and non profit organization to become part of Project Step One.
We are looking for Callers (Hindi). Please check the details below:

Job Description:
• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from COVID suspects/Patients across India
• Share information as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and script and capture necessary details in the system

Required Skillset:
• Fluent and professional hindi with working knowledge of English

Other Requirements:
• Mobile phone (Talk Time/Data will be provided by the Company)
• System/Laptop (MUST)
• Commitment of at least 8 hours a day including 45 mins break
• Maintain a professional working environment even while working from home

Operating Hours: 9 am to 9 pm - 7 days a week
Shift Window: You will be required to work min. 6 days in a week and 8 hrs per day as per the roaster

No. of Positions: 20
Duration: 1 month to 3 months (Depending upon the Covid19 situation)
Compensation: a stipend of 6,000 per month
