Job Description
• Standardize and optimize the process for capturing, tracking, and reporting on internet leads / sales.
• In-depth knowledge of lead generation opportunities through digital advertising channels such as Google AdWords, Display Marketing, FB Ads, social media, SEM, SEO, and email marketing.
• Leverage a suite of analytical data to make data-based decisions and recommendations for improving the online sales process.
• Development and implementation of lead scoring models and strategies.
• Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge of the Companys sales process, product, and markets.
• Manage on-line reputation and develop communication processes to address areas of need.
• Work with technical staff and vendors, as needed, to address requirements and technical issues.
• Develop expertise and maintain proficiency in systems used for lead tracking.
• Create and deliver proposal and presentations to senior managers/decision makers.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns search, display, Linkedin, FB and Twitter, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Experience in online PR and event coordination - Open to feedback and new learning.
• Ability to work in fast paced work environment
