Statutory Compliance management (EPF & ESI)
1. HR Operations- Responsible for drafting various letters like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience Letter etc
2. Responsible for timely updating & maintaining employee database
3. Talent Acquisition, Selection and Induction- Coordination with different departments and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
4. Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals, internal reference and head hunting and lining them up for the interviews in coordination with department heads.
5. Completing the joining formalities and organizing Induction program for new joinees.
6. Facilitation & coordination infusing motivation and energizing employees through various employee engagement initiatives like: Festive day Celebrations, Birthday Celebration
7. Training & Development- Facilitation & coordination in identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training; • Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with trainers.
