Job Description
IT Gurus Software is hiring MBA Freshers (Pass-outs only) for BDE (SaaS Sales) Intern and Customer Support Intern roles. This is a paid internship designed to provide practical exposure and hands-on learning in a professional SaaS environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 BDE (SaaS Sales) Intern
• Lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Cold calling and initial customer interaction
• Understanding client requirements and pitching solutions
• Maintaining lead and follow-up records
• Supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities

🔹 Customer Support Intern
• Handling customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Providing timely and accurate resolutions to customers
• Coordinating with internal teams when required
• Maintaining customer interaction records
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria
• MBA Fresher (Any Specialization)
• Only MBA pass-outs are eligible to apply
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Hindi speaking is mandatory for Customer Support role
• Ability to speak the local language of the respective location is preferred
• Comfortable working in a remote (WFH) setup
• Immediate joiners preferred

Skills Required

• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
