Process Associate

We are looking for the position of Process Associate for our International In/Out Bound Voice Process.
We are hiring Fresher/Experienced/Semi-experienced for Sales & Support process for International customers, candidates with excellent communication skills in English is required.

• Position: Process Associate
• Domain: International IN/Out Bound Voice Process - Sales Function.
• Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate

Responsibilities:
• Excel the customer with the product benefits and book the appointment.
• Supporting the Query and action as per the request.
• Keeping track record of the Customer request for good relation.
• Health check call to be reschedule for provisioned customers.
• Reporting to the team lead.

Criteria:
• 10+2 Educated candidates can also apply only with Excellent English Fluency
• Experience with 1 year in International Voice will be add -on.
• 10-20% hike from last drawn salary for domain experience only.
• Work experience certificates are needed.
• Candidates who have experience in International BPO for inbound or outbound process is eligible.
• Willing To Join Within One Day(s) Of Notice

Working Window:
• Afternoon Shift (between 13:00 - 23:00)
• Night Shift (between 20:00 - 06:00 AM)
