Helping the agent to solve the concerns of the customers. In case of a complicated issue, intervene and take the ownership of the fixation.
Coordinate with other resolvers and take or do help in case of complicated issues.
Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
Ensure company targets are met on time.
Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
Provide leadership and assistance to less experienced technicians.
Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of divisional management
Ability to coach, counsel and manage people
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time
Able to identify the root cause of any losses
Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
The practical hands-on approach to problem-solving
Strong PC skills
Solving floor queries along with achieving your monthly targets.
Should have a helpful nature all the time no matter how He/She is feeling for the day.
If agents request help you must help him/her on a real-time basis.
Attending chat and replying to customers E-mail on a real-time basis.
Take calls that agents can’t handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance.
Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
