Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
Present products or services to potential clients
Explain product features and benefits
Activate Trials for SAAS Product
Provide Training & Support to existing clients
Get feedback from existing clients
Qualifications

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Hubspot
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage customers in a friendly manner
Knowledge of warm calling techniques
Understanding of business development and market dynamics
Proficiency in technical sales terminology
